The Andaman Islands, located in the Bay of Bengal, have a tropical climate, making them suitable for travel throughout the year. However, the best time to visit the Andaman Islands is typically between November and April when the weather is pleasant, and the sea is calm, making it ideal for water activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, and swimming. During these months, the weather is generally dry, with minimal rainfall and comfortable temperatures ranging from 24°C to 30°C (75°F to 86°F). The months of December to February are particularly popular as they offer cooler temperatures and clear skies, perfect for enjoying the beaches and exploring the underwater marine life. It's worth noting that the Andaman Islands experience a monsoon season from May to October, characterized by heavy rainfall and rough seas. While travel during this time is possible, it may limit outdoor activities and access to some areas due to inclement weather conditions. Ultimately, the best time to travel to the Andaman Islands depends on your preferences and the activities you plan to engage in.
